Hocking’s Hungry Hut is open three days every week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday!

All of our products at Hocking Primary Canteen are in line with the canteen association approved products which follow the guidelines set by the government. We only use wholemeal bread, all of our juices have no added sugar and we do not have any nuts in our canteen. With regards to nuts, all parents are advised that some products we are supplied may contain traces of nuts, so it is very important that if your child has allergies you write this on their lunch bag (see below) so their lunch will be prepared separately. The canteen will always do its best to meet all orders but sometimes supplies may be out of stock. If this occurs we will endeavour to contact parents for an alternative product. If however, contact cannot be made we will replace the order with a canteen registered product of equal value.

Volunteers

For the smooth running of the canteen volunteers are always needed so if you haven’t put your name down already then call us or drop in for a cuppa, even if you can only help for 1 hour it all helps and the smile on your child’s face when they see you in the canteen is priceless!
