At Hocking, our Primary School Music Program is where creativity, confidence, and collaboration come to life. From PP to Year 6, students explore the vibrant world of music through singing, instruments, movement, and performance.
What We Offer:
- Weekly music classes taught by a specialist music teacherÂ
- Hands-on experience with instruments including ukuleles, keyboard, guitar, bass and percussionÂ
- Opportunities to perform in school assemblies, seasonal concerts, and community eventsÂ
- Introduction to music theory, rhythm, and composition in a fun and engaging wayÂ
- Choir and instrumental group opportunities for students who want to dive deeperÂ
- Education Department Instrumental Music School Services program runs for selected students for year 5 & 6 in classical guitar and brass (trumpet & trombone)Â
